Independent Financial Advice to help ease the pain and cost of divorce.

When the worst happens and you find that divorce or separation is inevitable, what do you do?

The breakdown of a relationship can be a traumatic, life changing event.  Often following the breakdown of a marriage, consideration will need to be given to a financial settlement or achieving a financial clean break between couples.

How family assets are divided on divorce is a complex area of law and resolving the financial issues which arise between divorcing couples is probably the most time consuming and could therefore be the most costly.

We work closely with solicitors and accountants to ensure that financial issues are considered in every detail, including trusts, inheritance and tax.  We suggest that you seek advice from a dedicated professional lawyer, preferably one who is qualified and experienced in the "Collaborative" process and a qualified accountant.

The FSA does not regulate Solicitors, Accountants and some forms of Tax and Trust Planning.
